A contract is considered valid between the website holder and the customer booking the product or service herein offered once the customer has confirmed the requisites by sending the online form by e-mail to the website holder and the latter has accepted the reservation.
The purpose of the contract between the users and the website holder is none other than the purchase of ticket packages for sports, musical or cultural events held both in Spain and abroad. The price includes the Ticket Package delivery service within Spain or the rest of Europe.
The website holder is an independent Spanish company that has no relationship whatsoever with Real Madrid , FC Barcelona or any other institution, acting freely and exempt from any liability to the above-mentioned institutions.
Deposit / Full amount
Once the user accepts the booking by sending the online form, the full payment of the contracted services must be made. The price paid is the price shown on the website on the date and at the time of the booking and accepted by the client when sending the online form by e-mail. If the payment terms are not fulfilled, the website holder reserves the right to cancel and reassign the bookings (the customer will be notified by e-mail). The cancellation reasons include: suggestion of the bank, suspicion of fraudulent purchase or because the booking was made after the delivery due date.
Events schedule, date changes and refunds
The different events may, by reasons beyond www.sportsemotions.com control and under the Organizers’ responsibility, modify their due date and time, especially, football matches. It is usual to move games to the previous Saturday, to Sunday or Monday evenings as well as other changes. The date and time changes do not entitle ticket-holders to return tickets if they have bought the ticket package. Therefore, there will be no economic refunds.
Matches scheduled for a Sunday may be moved to Saturday or to Monday, please ensure you are available on both Satuday and Sunday. Also, matches scheduled for a Wednesday may be moved to Tuesday or Thursday. We strongly recommend you to check it yourself either through our website or in the media. Whenever a match is rescheduled we send you an email with the new date and time. Still, we recommend you to check it on our website 4 to 5 days before the match just to make sure. We also suggest checking the right location where the event is to take place once you arrive in Spain, either in the local press or at the hotel reception. The organizer or the event sponsor is the one who shall be held responsible for any claims arising from date and schedules changes. However, our company will try to facilitate as much as possible the claims regarding any date and schedule changes of any event, according to the current legislation we are subject to.
When an event is DEFINITELY CANCELLED by force majeure, bad weather conditions, strikes… the full amount will be refunded to the customer, though he/she must bear in mind that if the event is rescheduled for another date, the service will be then valid for the new date.
Regarding the refund of the rest of the contracted services, such as trips and hotels, we will ask the hotels and wholesale agencies whether the refund is possible or not and which is the % of cancellation expenses applied.
Pricing Policy (The prices that appear on the website do not include VAT)
Our prices are significantly higher than the tickets face value. When the customer performs a booking, he/she is explicitly accepting the difference in price over the face value of the ticket, due to changes in supply and demand, the level of difficulty and cost of obtaining and selling it and, most importantly, the cost involved in the sending and delivering of the tickets on time to the agreed addresses as well as the structure and advertising costs.
The website holder informs the users and customers that the price charged is much higher than the face value price of the ticket, a situation that the he/she accepts. Obtaining the tickets for big events is a very difficult and expensive process and even more when the venue has sold out. That is why obtaining tickets causes large expenses to the website holder. The final price includes all of them.
Cancellations and right to voluntary dismissal
We promise to refund the price of your purchase, for justifiable reasons, in case you cannot attend the game, provided that you inform us not less than 20 days preceding the event purchased. Then there will be only a 5% cancellation fee, according to the terms and sale conditions set out in our web site. If the cancellation is required in less than 20 days and up to 7 days before the event takes places, the cancellation fee will be of 6 to 30%. These conditions are only valid for the Spanish League games, except the games between FC Barcelona vs Real Madrid and Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona.
As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996 from the 15th of January on Retail Commerce (Ordenación del Comercio Minorista) we inform you that our products, due to their special nature, are not subject to the Right to voluntary dismissal.
We inform you that hotel cancellations are subject to each hotel cancellation policy. www.sportsemotions.com has agreements with hotels, wholesale agencies, etc., but has not the final decision over cancellations. However, if for whatever reason one of our customers requested the cancellation or refund of a booking, we would study the case and agreements with hotels, wholesale travel agencies, etc., in order to decide whether the refund is possible or not, or else, in its absence, which cancellation commission would be applicable: the cancellation commission is of 25% to 100%.
The ticket packages will be always delivered by courier service or by our staff members, therefore someone will be required at the address provided in order to receive the tickets and avoid delays, which would be attributed to the customer. The ticket packages will be delivered up to 1 day before the event takes place, depending on the date on which they were issued. The ticket packages will be only delivered within the country or city where the event takes place. The delivery options may change depending on each country and event. For a purchase to be accepted a delivery address must be provided. Providing a wrong delivery address would mean the cancellation of the purchase, with the refund of the amounts paid and taking off the corresponding cancellation fees.
In case of not providing a delivery address at the time of purchase, you should note that such information is necessary at least 1 week before the event, when it takes place in Spain or Italy. For the rest of events abroad, the delivery address should be provided not later than 4 days after the purchase. If we do not receive, by email or fax, the necessary delivery information, we will be bound to cancel the purchase with costs.
If you want to purchase any of our products, we suggest, for safety reasons, that a few days before your arrival you contact the people at the ticket packages delivery address in order to remind them that an envelope addressed to you will be sent and that they must take care of it until your arrival. Our company will always keep each delivery and acceptance form.
Liability over the mailings
- In all the agreements that include third parties, the website holder will act only as the customer agent and the website holder will not be liable in any way whatsoever regarding that governing an agreement with third parties.
- The website holder will not be liable in case of non-compliance by the Post Office or other delivery services employed to undertake the delivery on time. The website holder will not be liable for the loss or robbery of items while these are in the process of being delivered by the Post Office or other delivery services employed to perform the delivery of the mentioned items. Although all the measures necessary are taken to ensure the tickets reach their agreed destination on time, in the case of failure in supplying the tickets by the Post Office or the messenger companies employed, the website holder will not be liable for the situation. If the error is made by the website holder its liability will involve refunding in full the amount paid by the customer.
- The website holder acts as a middleman on his/her behalf before the actual suppliers of the services. Although we try to pass on any claim that you have, our liability to the customer will be restricted to the supplier's policy and will be limited to the service and quantity billed.
- The customer must provide our company all the requested data about the destination place of the tickets. This information shall be made available 6 days before the event, at least. If this is not fulfilled, the customer must assume the non-reception of the tickets on time.
Liability over the product
The website holder reserves his right to unilaterally amend or change the configuration of the website without prior notice as well as change or modify the prices according to the current market policy and modify the general contract terms and conditions. Any change will be included in this legal notice.
All sales made are definitive. Once the sale has been made, the order being processed cannot be cancelled.
All ticket packages are subject to availability.
When buying more than one ticket package for the same event of any kind whatsoever, the website holder cannot guarantee that the ticket packages location will be together, although the website holder will always try and make every effort to ensure that the ticket packages correspond to seats that are placed together or as close as possible.
If for whatever reason our company failed to provide the contracted service in any category, our customer would be offered 2 solutions, either the service full refund or replacing it by an event of the same category chosen by the customer.
www.sportsemotions.com informs you that sometimes, in order to provide the contracted services and given the difficulty in finding tickets for certain events, we are obliged to contact third-party companies. If you think that your order has not been properly managed or does not correspond to what you had ordered, please call us immediately on +34972346272 or the EMERGENCY NUMBER shown in your purchase confirmation form and we will try to solve it asap.
These terms and conditions as well as the relationship between the user or customer and the website holder will be governed by the Spanish law. For any issue requiring legal proceedings between the customers or users and the website holder, both parties expressly relinquish any other right they may have and are subject to the exclusive legal power of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Girona.
Validity of these stipulations or norms
If for whatever legal provision or from the Courts, any of the norms herein contained may not comply with the law, the rest of terms and conditions not affected will remain valid to all intents and purposes.
Box office collection
There is a possibility, for some teams in La Liga, to pick up the tickets at the stadium counters. When a customer requests this option, he/she will receive a document by email, in which he/she will be informed of the information needed to collect the tickets. Also, we will ask for a written confirmation of the service requested.
It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the instructions to pick up the tickets. If the customer, for whatever reason unrelated to our company, do not collects the tickets, will be not entitled to any claim or refund.
Ticket Packages delivery to private addresses or companiesDelivery of Ticket Packages to Hotels:When a customer buys tickets for a specific event and wants us to deliver them at some hotel reception, we understand that the address provided is reliable, authorising www.sportsemotions.comto deliver the envelope to the hotel reception at the address given by our customer. www.sportsemotions.comwill request —at the hotel or apartment house reception— the establishment signature in order to prove that the delivery has taken place successfully. This document will be used as irrefutable evidence of our efficiency in the service provided and following our customer’s request. The company informs that during the match previous days many envelopes are delivered. Since our customers do not remain at the hotel reception waiting for our delivery service to come —and they spend their time visiting their holiday destination, instead—, the envelopes will be left at the hotel reception by members of our company or by members of the courier company working for us. These documents are also irrefutable evidence of the efficiency in our service.
When a customer buys tickets for a specific event and he/she orders us to deliver them to a private home or company, we assume that this address is reliable and that he/she authorises www.sportsemotions.com to deliver the tickets to any member living in the given address.If the buyer of the tickets shall not be in the address specified in the order when making the delivery, www.sportsemotions.com recommends him/her to use the following system: some days before the event, tell the family members living in the delivery address that they will be receiving a delivery in order to avoid surprises. Hence, once the envelope is handed over and www.sportsemotions.com proves that the tickets have been successfully delivered, the customer will become the only responsible for whatever may happen afterwards.
DISCLAIMER PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
- Payment process. Users will be able to purchase our products by making the payment by Credit Card. In order to complete the purchase, the user must introduce the requested data. He/she must bear in mind that the purchase approval process takes a few minutes. So, please be patient before resubmitting the information and wait for at least 5 minutes.
- Data protection.
- Refunds and returns. According to the Spanish Retail Commerce Law (Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista), this type of contracts is among the exceptions that the Law establishes to exercise the right to dismissal.

IMPORTANT! In case of purchasing tickets for a match in Italy, you should bear in mind that due to the Italian legislation and that tickets are named, every person attending a match in Italy must provide the following details:
Name, surname, passport or Identity card number, date and place of birth of every person.
Likewise, it will be necessary to send a legible copy of the passport or identity card by email or fax, of at least one person attending the match.
Please provide this information, because without it we cannot accept your purchase. Send us the details by email a.s.a.p. not later than 15 days before the game. Please bear in mind that, otherwise, it will be not possible to provide the tickets required.
There is a possibility, according to a decision of the Italian Federation and the government also, that any match can be classified as high risk, because cases of vandalism and violence that occurred earlier. In this exceptional situation they will reserve the right to refuse admission to general public. In this case we will inform you immediately, making the refund of the total amount paid.
Regulations regarding Champions League and UEFA Cup fixtures_*
We inform our customers that all of our tickets are located within the home team areas of the pitch. Hence, selling tickets to the rival team’s supporters is not allowed.
Please do not buy tickets if this is your case,since you would be breaching the UEFA regulations.If any rival team supporter ignores this notice, he/she will be held the only responsible of the purchase in terms of sanctions and fines. See below the information about this new regulation: According to the UEFA regulations and the sports laws 10/1990 and 19/2007, both clubs and companies, involved in football games and tickets sale, must guarantee the complete fans’ segregation within the ground area. Otherwise,not only will the club be sanctioned, but the company selling the tickets will be fined too, if it is found to have sold tickets to non-authorised supporters from the rival team.
If this regulation is not respected, the club will denounce these facts before the corresponding Spanish authority*,* by pressing charges, *so that a judge legally determines *the costs of the fines of more than 30,000 euros regarding UEFA, apart from damages caused to both the club and its image.
Likewise, the ticket manipulation performed by some companies is a type of crime included in the Spanish penal code. Therefore, any price or holder name manipulation or modification will be denounced and the perpetrator will be brought before the the justice for a legal punishment, both economic and penal.
The club will then be able to withdraw the tickets rights-of-use authorisations from these companies.
