Phone, E-mail or Fax Orders:
You can book your tickets by sending us an e-mail or fax. Just let us know the event you have chosen, the date of the event, the number of tickets you want and their category, and the place of dispatch. We will only accept orders through the above-mentioned channels 10 days before the event takes place.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE:
1/ Send us an e-mail or fax requesting the purchase of your tickets, which must include the chosen event and the number of tickets you want, as well as your e-mail address or fax number (country code, area code…), so that we can contact you. 
2 / We will answer to your request by sending you our current account number and the total amount to be paid.
3/ Send us the proof of payment (receipt) within the next 48 hours after receiving our e-mail or fax. NOTICE: If we do not receive the proof of payment within the next 2 days, your order will be cancelled automatically. Once we receive the bank transfer receipt, it takes no more than 5 days to get the payment in our bank account. If we do not receive the money, your order will be cancelled.
4/ Once the money has been paid in, we will send you a purchase confirmation order including all data.
